Beverly Hills Orthodontics Offers Diverse Care Options For Patients Of All Ages

BEVERLY HILLS ORTHODONTICS IS OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE TOP INVISALIGN PROVIDERS IN THE WORLD.

Invisalign ranks all its providers based on how many patients they treat a year and their historical rates of clear aligner success. Beverly Hills Orthodontics has long maintained Invisalign’s highest possible ranking: Blue Diamond Top 1% Provider.

VIP Diamond Plus Invisalign provider status with patient treatment tiers, emphasizing Beverly Hills Orthodontics' expertise in orthodontic care.
How BHO Does Invisalign
While many providers only use Invisalign to correct mild-to-moderate problems facing adult patients, Beverly Hills Orthodontics does not have these restrictions. Dr. Madan and the BHO team offer Invisalign to patients of all ages, including children, teens, adults, and seniors. We can also treat complex cases with Invisalign by combining clear aligner treatment with additional measures. Depending on which issues you are dealing with, these measures may include:
  • Elastics
  • Jaw surgery
  • Additional appliances
  • Tooth polishing
By combining these approaches with clear aligner treatment, we can correct even severe misalignments with Invisalign.

Patients frequently choose Invisalign over other orthodontic options for the following reasons:

clear aligners are inconspicuous and will not change your appearance, no

Clear aligners are inconspicuous and will not change your appearance.

invisalign does not alter your brushing/flossing routine, no

Invisalign does not alter your brushing/flossing routine.

invisalign does not carry any dietary restrictions, no

Invisalign does not carry any dietary restrictions.

However, many patients still prefer braces because they do not require the same degree of personal responsibility as Invisalign.

Invisalign patients must always wear their aligners for 20-22 hours a day to keep treatment on track. If you do not follow this guideline, you are likely to experience:

  • Treatment delays
  • Tooth recession
  • Unexpected tooth movement

With braces, patients do not have to worry about meeting daily compliance goals or misplacing their aligners. Instead, braces patients only need to avoid certain foods, floss, and brush daily, and visit the orthodontist every 4-6 weeks. After 6-24 months of this process, your orthodontist will remove the braces to reveal your perfect smile.

Beverly Hills Orthodontics

Offers Three Types of Braces:

A woman shows off the gorgeous smile crafted by her braces.

Conventional Metal Braces:

Consisting of brackets and wires, conventional metal braces still set the standard for orthodontic treatment. Today’s brackets and wires are smaller, more comfortable, and better-looking than older models.

Ceramic LightForce Braces:

Ceramic LightForce braces use the same aligning methods as metal braces, but their ceramic brackets give a more discreet look. LightForce brackets are also made using 3D printers, enabling our orthodontists to customize the brackets to fit your teeth better and move them at a quicker pace.

See the chart below for a better understanding of how Invisalign and braces compare to one another:

Deciding Between Invisalign and Braces
Key Factors Invisalign Braces
Visibility Virtually invisible  Highly visible
Removability Removable Fixed to teeth (non-removable)
Malocclusion Severity Mild-to-severe (complicated cases require additional measures) Mild-to-severe
Possible Discomfort May cause jaw soreness but not abrasions May cause jaw soreness or light abrasions to soft tissue in the mouth
Food Restrictions No food restrictions No crunchy, sticky, or chewy foods to prevent broken brackets
Oral Hygiene Patients remove their aligners before brushing/flossing and can brush/floss as always Patients must brush and floss around their brackets
Compliance Requirements Patients must wear their aligners 20-22 hours every day, visit the orthodontist every 4-6 weeks, and maintain proper oral hygiene Patients must visit the orthodontist every 4-6 weeks, maintain proper oral hygiene, and avoid certain foods

Further Improve Your Smile With BHO’s Teeth Whitening Treatments

As the best orthodontist in Beverly Hills, BHO doesn’t just straighten and realign teeth—we also whiten them. Whether you just finished orthodontic treatment or were born with a naturally straight smile, our whitening treatments can eliminate stubborn stains and brighten your look. To meet the needs of different patients, we offer three kinds of whitening treatment:
  1. Zoom in-office bleaching
  2. At-home whitening kits
  3. On-the-go whitening products
Zoom in-office bleaching is the quickest way to significantly enhance your smile. While over-the-counter whitening products take weeks to brighten your teeth by a shade or two, Zoom in-office bleaching improves your smile by 5-10 shades in just one appointment. Here’s how BHO can whiten your smile in a matter of hours:

How BHO Performs Zoom Teeth Whitening

clear aligners are inconspicuous and will not change your appearance, no Your teeth are cleaned, plaque is removed
fewer orthodontic appointments: invisalign’s fewer orthodontic appointments mean teenagers have more time for their hobbies and miss less school and extracurricular activities, no A professional-strength whitening gel is applied to your newly cleaned teeth. This gel contains significantly more whitening agents than OTC products for better and faster results.
comfort and convenience: because of their custom fit, invisalign retainers are more comfortable than traditional braces, no Once the gel is applied, a light activates the whitening agents.
effective treatment: besides offering benefits that traditional braces don’t,, no After 20 minutes, more gel is applied for another round of whitening.
confidence at a pivotal time: adolescence is a critical phase in any teenager’s life, no Following another 20 minutes of lighting, we apply more gel for a final round of whitening, after which you are ready to go home.

In-office whitening treatment instantly brightens your smile with long-lasting results. See this chart for a better understanding of how our Zoom bleaching treatments compare to drugstore whitening products:

How Zoom In-Office Whitening Compares to OTC Products
Key Factors In-Office Zoom Teeth Whitening Whitening Toothpaste Whitening Strips Whitening Rinses
Treatments* 1 appointment 14-56 uses (assumes 2x/day brushing) ~14 uses (assumes 1x/day application) ~90 rinses (assumes 1x/day rinsing)

If you would rather whiten your own teeth from the comfort of your home, you will love our at-home whitening kits. Easy to use and much more effective than over-the-counter whitening options, BHO’s at-home whitening kits can brighten your smile by 1-8 shades after just a handful of whitening sessions.

We also have two products for on-the-go whitening: the BHO teeth whitening Pen and BHO Cloud, the teeth whitening and aligner foam cleaning combo.

Great Orthodontist office! They have been amazing to fix my smile!! Highly recommend!
Brian L.
Beverly Hills Orthodontics absolutely exceeded my expectations and has provided an exceptional service and experience! Dr. Madan and her team are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. In Oct 2024, I inquired about Invisalign to a handful of orthos. Due to my smile at the time, I was told I needed braces instead of Invisalign from other orthos. Dr. Madan was the one that said she can use Invisalign but I would have to wear bands as well and be disciplined in wearing them to see the results. She was honest and realistic in her approach and I’m glad I decided to go with BH Ortho. Fast forward to July 2026, my gap in my teeth has closed and my teeth are incredibly straight. So thankful for Beverly Hills Orthodontics! The office is clean, appointments are efficient to make via text, and conveniently there are multiple locations across LA. My first two pics show my new smile using Invisalign with Beverly Hills Orthodontics, and my last two pics are before. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who delivers exceptional care and outstanding results, I highly recommend Beverly Hills Orthodontics.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear about your incredible experience with Dr. Madan and our team, and we are so happy to see your amazing new smile. Providing honest guidance, personalized treatment options, and convenient, top-tier care across all our locations is always our highest priority. We deeply appreciate your high recommendation and for trusting Beverly Hills Orthodontics with your smile journey!
Rachna S.
My favorite place and all the doctors and staff are very polite, attentive and caring. Love coming for my appointments
Response from the owner:Thank you, Rachna! We appreciate your kind words about our team. It's our goal to provide exceptional care and a friendly environment. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Ryan C.
I recommend BHO if you want premier Invisalign treatment along with a strong connection with the people that help treat you. I’ve been with BHO for around two and a half years now, and the amount of progress I’ve made in my bite is astounding. I wish I could attach photos, but I started off with a bite that looked like if you combined the worst parts of a crossbite and underbite, and then doubled the severity. However, now I’m nearly done, and find that I when I smile and look in the mirror, I am genuinely happy at what I see. Dr. Madan is a great orthodontist without doubt, but also I believe equally as good in quality of character. The relationship between client and provider in any sort of medical service is paramount, and whenever I’ve brought up my concerns to her she’s answered wholeheartedly. Once again, if you have any orthodontic issues - crooked teeth, gaps, or most importantly with your bite, then BHO won’t let you down.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Ryan, for your wonderful review! It’s fantastic to hear about your remarkable progress and your positive experience with Dr. Madan. We’re committed to building strong relationships and ensuring every smile shines bright!
Cindy M.
Dr. Madam along with her whole team are amazing! Very patient and attentive, always welcoming and making the Invisalign journey a pleasant experience
Response from the owner:Thank you, Cindy! We're thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with Dr. Madan and our team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to continuing your Invisalign journey!
Chelsea C.
Went in for a free consultation. I saw Dr. Serena and Angela who helped answer all my questions. The staff that took my scans were also very nice and friendly!
Response from the owner:Thank you for your wonderful review, Chelsea! We're thrilled to hear that Dr. Serena and Angela addressed all your questions and that our staff made your visit enjoyable. We look forward to seeing you again!

Frequently Asked Questions
Which orthodontic treatment is best?

How to find the best orthodontist?
To find the best orthodontist, consider factors like experience, patient reviews, technology used, treatment options offered, and location convenience. Research online, ask for recommendations from friends or dentists, schedule consultations, and assess the orthodontist's communication style and treatment approach before making a decision.

The salary of top orthodontists can vary based on location, experience, and patient volume. On average, top orthodontists can earn six-figure salaries, with some earning over $200,000 annually. Additional factors like specialization, reputation, and practice ownership can also impact earnings.
Which type of braces gives the best results?

How do you know if an orthodontist is good?
To determine if an orthodontist is good, consider factors such as their qualifications, experience, patient reviews, and the range of treatments they offer. This specialized training typically involves a residency program that lasts 2-3 years, focusing on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of dental and facial irregularities. During this training, orthodontists learn advanced techniques for straightening teeth and aligning jaws to create healthy, functional smiles.

Orthodontists provide follow-up care such as regular check-ups every 4-6 weeks, adjustments to braces or aligners, monitoring progress, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing guidance on oral hygiene and dietary restrictions.
