This patient’s severe underbite caused her lower jaw to protrude forward, so her lower row of teeth covered her upper row. She underwent orthodontic surgery to correct her jaw position and followed an Invisalign regimen to correct alignments, giving her some stunning results.

This patient experienced a moderate underbite that caused his lower row of teeth to jut forward slightly and extend over the upper row of teeth. His teeth had also shifted due to severe crowding.

He underwent orthognathic surgery in conjunction with traditional braces. Soon after, he was left with properly aligned teeth, a corrected jaw position, and a smile he “absolutely loves!”

Patient 3, a young individual, presented with a pronounced forward jaw protrusion, resulting in the lower jaw and teeth overlapping in front of the upper teeth. To address this issue, the BHO team initiated a treatment plan with traditional braces. We also planned for orthognathic surgery (jaw surgery) along with the braces. These braces were strategically designed to gradually realign the teeth by guiding them backward. Additionally, elastic bands were incorporated into the treatment to enhance the effectiveness of both teeth and jaw alignment.

This surgical procedure entails repositioning the upper and lower jaws to establish the correct alignment.
