Meet The Doctors

Dr. Madan founded BHO, and 14 years later, is still obsessed with orthodontics BUT not the traditional way of doing things. So, she changed course. She is redefining straightening teeth and doing what she does best: getting it straight and breaking the rules.

She has spent a lot of time listening, and she has spent even more time developing what is needed and wanted. BHO is designed by and for women, beloved millennials, and families. It’s a place to pop in, hop out, face-time, align… on your time (pardon the rhyme)…entering and leaving without a trace… this is her vision, and it keeps evolving.

Dr. Madan has spent a ton of time in labs doing bio-research, and she co-authored the orthodontic article, “The effects of human relaxin on orthodontic tooth movement and periodontal ligaments in rats,” which was published in the AJO-DO.

While she is classically trained as an orthodontist, her treatment is modern and pushes the envelope. She is forever grateful to those (professors AND peers) who took the time to teach her this craft; she hopes to make them proud.

She is a graduate of Brown University as well as the USC School of Dentistry. She joined her fellow Brown alumni in Seattle at the University of Washington to complete her master’s degree as well as her orthodontic training… She LOVED Seattle and holds it dear to her heart, but she couldn’t ignore the call back to Los Angeles.

Dr. Peter Sinclair was born and raised in London, England, where his early passion for science and healthcare led him to pursue a career in orthodontics. He completed his orthodontic training at the prestigious University of Washington in Seattle — the same program attended by Dr. Madan — which is known for producing highly skilled and respected orthodontists.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sinclair has combined clinical excellence with a love for teaching. He taught orthodontics in both Texas and North Carolina before becoming Chairman of the Orthodontic Department at the University of Southern California (USC), a role he held for 12 years. He continues to teach at USC and remains committed to mentoring the next generation of orthodontists.

Until recently, Dr. Sinclair owned and operated a successful orthodontic practice in Torrance, which was proudly recognized as the best practice in the area for seven consecutive years. After selling the practice, he decided to join Beverly Hills Orthodontics, where he is excited to contribute his extensive experience and knowledge to a new team and patient community. In his spare time, Dr. Sinclair enjoys staying active with a round of golf, exploring new places through travel, and indulging in his love for great food and good conversation.

Dr. Sareen Ayvazian-Meserkhani is an Orthodontist who was born and raised in La Crescenta, CA. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of California, Irvine where she earned a degree in Biological Sciences. She later received her degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery as well as her Orthodontics Certificate at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where she earned multiple awards and scholarships.

Dr. Sareen is passionate about the well-being of others and believes in providing the highest quality of personalized care. Through her experience with traditional braces, clear aligner therapy, lingual (behind-the-teeth) braces, and surgical orthodontics, she aims to elevate her patients’ self-confidence by working with them to create beautiful, healthy smiles.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Sareen enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hiking, camping, backpacking, and spending time with her husband and newborn son. When she’s not out exploring, she spends time with her family and friends, and takes part in her community through volunteering.
